The word «drop of water» is used in two different senses. The first meaning is hope. If there is a drop of water, or hope, cities intertwined with technology, culture, life, and nature will exist in the future. The second meaning is interpreted taking into account changing climate conditions. Here, water has its own meaning. It illustrates that cities with a drop of water can only exist in this way.
