I wanted to depict the sound of the city, which is largely generated by cars. The city is often associated with street traffic, and vehicles are a significant part of the urban soundscape. On the poster, I illustrated this concept through musical notes emerging from a car’s exhaust pipe, symbolizing the sounds of the city. These sounds, much like music, have their own character and can form a harmonious whole. I chose the Fiat 126p, commonly known as the “Maluch,” to emphasize a Polish element in the work. I hope the poster encourages viewers to reflect on the acoustic landscape of modern cities.
